Our clients have by and large already gone through the resorts "90 minute" presentation and have either not seen enough value or not been shown a price within their budget. Re-sales properties listed with Sierra average half the price that the resort charges for its Re-sales; it is easy to see why our company has great success.
In addition to offering great Rental and Re-sale options. We also provide the added benefit of combining our great programs so you can put even more money back in your pocket.
Our Gold Program is for owners of Mexican vacation properties than that can no longer use their weeks and want to pass on the benefits of their membership permanently. Our listing fees may vary depending on your particular resort, please call for rates. A commission may apply based on the program you choose.

If you have something else in mind...
Our "Platinum Program" is for those owners that have set their sights higher. For owners that have multiple weeks every year or more than one membership in Mexico, this program is designed for you. You are limited only by the number of weeks at your disposal. This approach puts much more of the rental dollar back in your pocket, and the 'One Time' initiation fee is only a few dollars more and NO commission.
Also...
If you are thinking of reselling one or more of your memberships you can also list them with us to sell in our Platinum Program for a discount and a negotiable commission*.
THINK about it....No commission...for the agent means NO sales effort to market your property...a reasonable commission means....YOUR success is OUR success...that makes much MORE sense...then being told a 'one time listing charge is all you have to pay to sell your property, yet we at Sierra hear that often from unhappy consumers who have tried to sell there property with these one time fee companies.
Because Sierra has a commission based sales structure it ensures our incomparable sales staff has every incentive to market your week.
