To start renting your weeks today we have designed two distinct programs to choose from depending on what your goals may be.
Our "Gold Program" was designed for those owners that are unable to use all the weeks they own. Using the skills and knowledge of our talented sales staff to market your week aggressively, can result in income to you...instead of an unpaid obligation...the maintenance fee....
Smart? you bet...turn obligations...into Income for your family.
The 'One Time' registration fee for this service may vary depending on you particular resort, in addition there is a 10% commission for each week rented. In our starter program you are limited to one week per year of rental, from one Resort.
If you wish to submit additional weeks from other resorts, this can be done for a charge of $49.95 plus tax for each additional submission.

If you have something else in mind...
Our "Platinum Program" is for those owners that have set their sights higher. For owners that have multiple weeks every year or more than one membership in Mexico, this program is designed for you. You are limited only by the number of weeks at your disposal. This approach puts much more of the rental dollar back in your pocket, after paying the 'One Time' initiation fee there is NO commission.

If you are thinking of reselling one or more of your memberships you can also list them with us to sell in our Platinum Program for a discount and a low commission rate*.
*Please note that there may be addition incentives offered by resorts. If this is the case please let our sales/rental consultants know.
