Why would I rent from SRR instead of direct with the resort? Sierra Rentals and Resales works directly with the owner, which allows us to offer low rates and pass along the savings as well as some member benefits directly to you..
Does the cost change based on how many people I bring? Most of our packages are listed with a per unit price. However some resorts will have a per unit price with a maximum number of people while many other resorts offer a per night price with a minimum night stay and minimum number of people. There may be exceptions, which will be listed in the package details if they apply.
Do kids stay free? Most of our packages include accommodations for up to two children under the age of 12. Although some resort have special rates just for children.
What type of accommodations can we expect? The client will request the type of accommodations at the resort of their choice and needs. However, requests will depend upon resort availability and may result in a difference in unit size, design, furnishings, amenities and facilities from the amenities described in the Confirmation form.
Can we purchase airfare through SRR as well? No. However, Sierra Rentals and Resales will be more than happy to refer clients to one of our many networks of travel agencies, near a client’s location, to assist in travel needs once the vacation package has been purchased.
Can I bring more people with me? The total number of people occupying the unit must not exceed the Maximum Occupancy of the unit set forth in the Confirmation form; otherwise, access may be refused or an additional charge may be levied.
Can I add additional days to my trip? Yes, you may add nights at an additional per night fee. Subject to availability at the resort
How early can I book my vacation? Your reservations are based on availability and on a first come first serve basis. You should request your arrival dates at least 6 months in advance for the best availability or at least 90 days prior to your estimated arrival dates. * Do not forget that each package has a different expiration date listed on the package details.
